1. Introduction
Welcome to bizlegalab, your Outside counsel desk for growing firms. By accessing or using our services at bizlegalab.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
bizlegalab provides three categories of offerings:
- Outside counsel desk services: tailored guidance and support for legal matters on an ongoing basis;
- Info product: digital manuals, guides, and templates delivered electronically;
- Goods: tangible items, including printed manuals and reference materials.
3. Terms for Info Product
Digital materials are delivered upon receipt of payment. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials. All rights not expressly granted remain with bizlegalab.
4. Terms for Goods
Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. You agree to inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 7 days.
5. Pricing and Payment
All fees are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are exclusive of any local duties or charges. Payment methods include credit card and approved bank transfer. Full payment is due prior to delivery or commencement of services.
6. Refund Policy
Outside counsel desk services: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no substantial work has been performed. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. If work has commenced, we reserve the right to grant a partial credit for future sessions instead of a refund. If services include scheduled sessions, you may reschedule as described below.
Info product: Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery provided digital access has not been fully used or downloaded. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Goods: You may return unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, issued via the original payment method.
If a particular service explicitly states "no refunds" at the point of sale, this is due to the immediate allocation of resources or time commitments that cannot be reallocated. Such services are non-refundable.
7. Rescheduling and Transfer
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the reserved time at no extra charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session rate. For services marked as non-refundable, transfer to another party is not permitted.
